FactoryPulse connects Factbird’s sensors and monitoring platform to NetSuite, so the numbers on your work orders come from the machine rather than from an estimate. Release a work order and it becomes a batch on the monitored line. The line runs as it always does. When the batch finishes, sensor-measured piece counts and machine time post back as a completion against the operation that actually ran, with per-machine OEE available by period, machine and work center. It runs as native SuiteScript inside your own account, with no middleware and no external servers, and nothing is invented: completions carry measured values with their provenance in the memo.
