FactorySync 2026 Q2 Release

AI-Powered Scheduling, Planner Mode & Bulk Operations for NetSuite.

Production scheduling doesn’t have to be rigid or reactive. With the FactorySync 2026 Q2 Release, teams can now plan, test, and optimize schedules with greater control directly inside NetSuite.

A Unified View of Your Production Floor

FactorySync brings all your work orders into one place, with multiple views: Kanban, Calendar, Gantt, and Capacity Planning, so your team can track status, spot delays, and take action without leaving NetSuite.

The Kanban board offers two sub-views: Work Orders by Status (Planned, Released, Partially Built, Built) and Operations by Status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed), giving production managers the right level of detail at a glance.

Plan Before You Commit with Planner Mode

Planner Mode allows production managers to test scheduling changes without affecting the live schedule. All changes are queued in memory and can be reviewed before being applied.

You can move operations across dates or work centers, track every change with full undo support, and review updates across Work Order, Work Center, and Resource views. If needed, changes can be undone step by step or discarded entirely.

When ready, all updates can be applied to NetSuite in a single batch.

Move Multiple Work Orders in One Go

With Bulk Move, shifting multiple work orders becomes straightforward. Select the required work orders, choose the number of days and direction, and apply the changes in one action.

In finite mode, you can also schedule work orders to capacity from a selected date. The system places each work order based on available capacity and processes them in priority order.

Bulk actions can also be used within Planner Mode and undone if required.

Keep Schedules Within Capacity

Finite capacity scheduling ensures that work centers are not scheduled beyond their available hours. Every scheduling action is checked against capacity, helping maintain realistic and executable plans.

When capacity is exceeded, the system provides visibility into utilization and allows lower-priority planned operations to be moved. Released and in-progress operations are not displaced.

Optimize with AI

The Optimize Schedule feature analyzes your current schedule and highlights opportunities for improvement based on work order priority and work center capacity.

From the settings modal, you can:

  • View overall schedule health
  • Identify overloaded work centers
  • Run analysis to find work orders that can finish earlier

Once recommendations are generated, you can review and apply selected changes. If no improvements are found, the system indicates that the schedule is already optimized.

Calendar View – See Everything at a Glance

The Calendar view provides a month-level overview of all work orders, with the ability to drill into any day to see individual order details, status, quantities, and deadlines. Switch between Month, Week, and Day timelines depending on how much detail you need.

Bringing It All Together

The FactorySync 2026 Q2 Release focuses on giving teams better control over scheduling through the ability to test changes, manage multiple work orders efficiently, prevent overloads, and apply AI-driven improvements.

All of this is built directly within NetSuite, making it easier to manage production schedules with accuracy and confidence.
