Consule Solutions partnered with Stellar Snacks to implement a fully integrated NetSuite ERP solution designed around its manufacturing, distribution, financial, and operational requirements. The implementation included core NetSuite ERP, manufacturing and production workflows, procurement and inventory management, and order-to-cash processes. Consule also integrated NetSuite with Ramp for spend management and AP automation, Vividly for trade promotion management, SPS Commerce for retail EDI and order processing, and banking platforms for automated financial data synchronization. The solution emphasized process standardization and minimized customization while aligning NetSuite with Stellar Snacks’ business processes.
With NetSuite in place, Stellar Snacks has moved from a disconnected, manual environment to a connected and scalable ERP platform. Automated workflows across finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and order management have reduced manual effort, while integrated systems have strengthened connectivity across critical business functions.
